Early Easter Egg Hunt

Who knew Avery was going to know just what to do when on an Easter Egg Hunt? She and Grayson had a great time today in Grammie and Papa's yard! She'll be a pro next week for sure.

Hello Kitty!

Fred went down to Yakima yesterday with his friend Brian because Brian needed to get some parts for his motorhome. Guess what Fred came home with? Guess who loved this at first and kept saying "kitty"? But then guess who cried and started freaking out when we put her on it? Oh, well. I think someday she'll really love it!

What a difference a year makes!

We took these pictures last year when Avery was 3 months old, on March 7th, 2009. What a difference a year makes. Hard to believe she is 15 months old now.

The pictures below were taken over the last few days. I just want to point out that the overalls Avery has on were mine when I was that age! Jody and I each had a pair. Mom said that we wore them when we were 18 months, so Avery is pretty close to our size when we were that age.

365 Days

We have had our blog for one year. 365 days. Only 35 posts. I really need to be better about this! I'll try to post more often - especially now that Avery is growing more and more each day and learning new things every second. Being the number person that I am, I thought I'd share a few number facts about Avery:

Today Avery is 451 days old. That amounts to AT LEAST:
- 400 baths

- 3,200 diapers

- 40 cans of formula

- 450 jars of baby food

- 15 gallons of whole milk

- 6 different sizes of clothes
- Tons and tons of kisses and hugs!

We are having so much fun with her and she makes us laugh everyday with her crazy personality. She loves to share, dance, pet the dogs, sing, read. She amazes me with her nurturing qualities as well. Always hugging and kissing her dolls and teddy bears. Oh, and she also loves shoes. Ah, I can only imagine what is in store for us! :) Enjoy these pictures from February!
